Aims and Scope
Korean Journal for Food Science of Animal Resources (Korean J. Food Sci. An.) is an international, peer-reviewed journal published and distributed bimonthly by the Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources (KoSFA). Korean J. Food Sci. An. is publishing original research articles and reviews on basic and applied aspects of the use of animal resources focusing on the livestock products including the meat, eggs, and dairy products.
The journal has been selected for Science Citation Index Expanded® coverage in Thomson ISI services beginning with Vol. 29(1) 2008. In 2010, the journal reached the 0.497 of Impact factor based on JCR®. The journal is also indexed in Scopus®. The journal has a distinguished editorial board with extensive academic qualifications, ensuring that the journal maintains high scientific standards and has a broad international coverage.
